The price for each product shown on www.united-bricks.com includes VAT at 20% for UK and EU sales. Sales made to non EU countries does not include VAT.


We use PayPal, a fast and secure method for paying, as our payment provider. If you wish to use a credit card or debit card for payment, please follow the instruction provided by PayPal at checkout.


We ship Worldwide and most orders placed before 5pm GMT will be dispatched the next working day.


Once your order has peen picked and packed, it will then be processed for dispatch. You will be emailed a dispatch notification that will contain details of the delivery method used and a tracking number if applicable, all orders over £20 can be tracked using the code provided.

UK delivery:

All UK orders will be sent First Class, if your order value is above £20 then your order will be sent Royal Mail signed for. Orders over £50 will be sent free of charge! UK orders are usually delivered within 1-3 days.

If you would like your order to arrive as soon as possible, please use the Next Day Delivery option which will guarantee that it will arrive the next working day before 1pm. Please note that this method may not deliver in the allocated time to areas in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Highlands.

Europe delivery:

Delivery times for Europe differ depending on the country you live in. Usually orders take 5-7 days to arrive, however sometimes this time may be shorter or unfortunately longer. To keep up to date with your order, you can track it (if your order is £20 or more).

Rest of the world delivery:

Shipping around the World can take 1-2 weeks to arrive, however this is only a estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Orders over £20 can be tracked using the code provided, keeping you up to date, every step of the way.


Due to the fast speed in which we work to get orders out to our customers as quick as possible, cancellation is not always possible. If your order has not yet been marked as dispatched and you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us from which a full refund will be given. If your order has been shipped, please wait until it arrives and follow the returns section.

Problem with your order:

At United Bricks we take customer care very seriously. If your order has not arrived within the allocated time or has a missing or defective item, please get in touch using the Contact us page or the details provided.


Within 14 days of you receiving your order, you are eligible to return the goods and receive a full refund. Once United Bricks have received the goods back , a full refund including the original postage will be issued within 14 days. United Bricks cannot pay for the postage cost used to send the goods back. Please Contact us, if you wish to return your order.

We cannot provide refunds for bespoke personalised items, e.g. through our bespoke printing service.
